i am sorry to hear about your mom. your little guy is getting so big and he is so handsome! i agree, short hair makes it all easier. i always say all is good in my world if my hair is above my chin, lol. i look forward to finding new posts on your blog, as you find the time. i've never balanced home and career but as a busy mom of 3 i can say that balance comes in time! peace & light to you and all of your family.
