Via the inspiring Algabar Tea & Lifestyle boutique in LA, I happily discovered Jade Chocolates, an Asian inspired gourmet chocolate collection with a wonderful story. Mindy Fong, the owner and self taught chocolatier started her business as a result of insatiable chocolate cravings during pregnancy and her inspirational entrepreneur grandfather. I love the packaging and unique chocolate designs, like the mango orchid bouquet and chocolate fan! Beautiful ideas for Asian inspired wedding and party favors!

It's so funny to read about Algabar...after highschool I got a job at an Asian Antiques dealer in Los Angeles "Out of Asia" and remembered dealing with Gail and Algabar Home. I have to stop by her new boutique! It looks divine!!! Thanks for the post Joanna!
