In Bloom Modern Florals for the Home, is a lovely Conran book that's on my Amazon wishlist and the Bloom Book by Li Edelkoort, is a fresh look at how we embrace plants and flowers. 
Li Edelkoort is the visionary behind the company, Trend Union and the directional trend publications, Bloom, Interior View, & View on Colour. As with all industry trend and forecasting books, these 3 publications are not cheap, but if you are in the creative fields, they are well worth the investment! See more info at the Edelkoort site.
