The Utterly Yours Pregnancy Pillow looks really interesting... Metropolitan Mama swears by it! I'm not having trouble sleeping yet, but I definitely would like to give this a try when the time comes. I like that it's compact and not bulky so I can still snuggle with my honey! Plus the design is super cute and doesn't scream "caution: only for use while pregnant"
