Kalon Studios is a LA based husband and wife design company that makes beautiful Sustainable furnishings. Husband, Johannes Pauwen is of German and Tunisian Bedouin descent and wife, Michaele Simmering is American. I love husband and wife teams, they make for a happy family and a happy world! I also love how their design philosophy embraces my global call for all to enliven your inner space!

This LA based husband and wife team have created a beautiful & sustainable collection of essential furniture pieces and well crafted nursery furniture. "The project they are most proud of is their daughter Io Zara Pauwen for whom they both designed and named their children’s collection ‘IoLine.’" (Isn't that wonderful?!)
